I am a college student who dedicates much of my free time to participating in traditional Mexican Folklórico dance, a meaningful way for me to stay connected to my Mexican heritage and culture. As a first-generation Mexican American raised in an immigrant household, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges that individuals and families often face when navigating complex legal processes and unfamiliar systems. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the importance of compassion, patience, and understanding when serving others. They have strengthened my ability to empathize with clients’ needs and concerns while providing exceptional customer service with professionalism, kindness, and respect. My background has also enhanced my communication skills and my ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, helping them feel heard, supported, and valued.
